Job Introduction:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Workforce Deployment Administrators based in our Stockton on Tees office. This is a six month Fixed Term contract.

Role Responsibility:

  • Monitor and answer emails from, candidates, Team Leaders, Recruitment Officers and other HR teams that are received in the SSUK Recruitment/VNF inboxes.
  • Process job adverts on Company website through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) systems.
  • Provide support and assistance to Telereal Trillium (WFD) and Recruiting Officers on suitability and availability of candidates by reviewing candidate information on ATS.
  • Sifting of candidate’s online application forms and confirming with the candidate what the minimum criteria that they will be expected to bring along to the face-to-face interview to fall in line with recruitment and screening standards.
  • Attending regular Team meetings and ensuring that all Key Performance Indicators and targets are met.
  • Maintaining employee confidentiality in line with Data Protection principles.
  • Working with colleagues and assisting others in different departments where needed
  • Provide a first line contact for Workforce Deployment Team enquiries on in-coming calls into the department.

The Ideal Candidate:

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a high-level service driven environment
  • Resilient and positive
  • Previous use of MS office packages including Word and Excel
  • Flexible approach to working patterns and methods
  • Exceptional verbal and written
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise
  • 5 years checkable work history
  • Unrestricted right to work in the UK/EU
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Preference will be given to candidates who also meet the following:


Desirable Requirements

  • Previous experience of working within a screening and vetting environment
  • Use of Google-based systems including Gmail and Google Hangouts
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
