Job Introduction:

In this position, you will perform administrative and office support activities for multiple client representatives. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filing, payroll processing, accounts payable processing and faxing.

Role Responsibility:
- Access Control
- Notify the appropriate personnel in an emergency
- Notify, direct, and assist emergency personnel in the event of an emergency
- Directing visitors to the appropriate areas
- Answering phones
- Report all building utility/ service issues as observed and instructed to facilities
The Ideal Candidate:
Education, Licenses and Certifications Required
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass any State-required training and any other qualifications for licensing
Type and Length of Specific Experience Required
- Must possess one or more of the following:
- Prior work experience in an administrative support role
- Prior work experience or educational coursework in a field requiring direct internal and/or external customer interaction

- Must be able to pass an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable
- Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military
