Job Introduction:

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Partol Supervisor to join the G4S Secure Solutions (UK) team in the Brierley Hill area.

Role Responsibility:

- To understand and deliver operational KPI targets via the performance
of the area's officers, e.g. productivity, thoroughness of job completion, activation response time, patrol schedule achievement and vehicle care

- To assist in the achievement of set customer retention targets by enhanced officer performance

- Bring to the attention of manager, any identified sales and business opportunites through course of job role.
- Effectively supervise and communicate with all officers, ensuring all duties are completed on time and to an acceptable standard, e.g. patrol performance, response times and TW
- Proactively engage with Tasking Desk and NCC
- Effective follow up and closure of relevant issues and appropriate escalation procedures followed
- Ensure everyday operating expenditure is controlled to achieve set vehicle cost targets
- Form close and effective working relationship with MROs and communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff
- Counsel officers and discipline where appropriate. Conduct formal ongoing training/appraisal of officers through routine field accompaniment. 
- Take responsibility for all operating base compliance issues, e.g. key checks, accuracy of assignment instructions and new contract set up. Information entered into business systems in line with relevant templates.
- To ensure Health and Safety standards are adhered to.
- To ensure G4S standards, principles and values are upheld and promoted.

  • Excellent time keeping
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities
  • Able to record and report incidents as well as producing accurate general reports.
  • Competent in the use of IT systems (MS Office)
  • SIA licensed 
  • Good standard of verbal and written communications
