Job Introduction:

Reporting to the Talent and Development Manager your focus will be to produce learning tools, resources and materials to support global Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives. You will be required to design and produce learning resources using a variety of tools in a method that applies sound knowledge of instructional design. You will be responsible for the creation of graphics and visual assets as well as the design and creation of e-learning packages.

Role Responsibility:

  • Provide support in the production and design of training materials for Group L&D initiatives.
  • Design and produce visual assets to be used in E-Learning packages.
  • Develop content using authoring tools such as GoMo and Articulate Storyline.
  • Ensure language, technical and accessibility requirements are met when adding training to the Global LMS.
  • Ensure training produced can be accurately and effectively measured to demonstrate ROI.
  • Work with internal subject matter experts to scope and shape raw content into effective learning experiences.
  • Provide support with the configuration, development and administration of the Global LMS.

  • An understanding of modern technology.
  • A willingness to learn technologies and concepts that you are not currently familiar with.
  • The capability to deal effectively with problems particularly in situations where the answers are not immediately obvious.
  • Ability to deal with multiple projects calmly and efficiently.
  • Enjoys working to tight deadlines in a fast paced global environment.
  • Experience in using Adobe Creative Cloud (desirable).
  • Some knowledge of learning design theory and technologies, or a strong willingness to learn.
