We are currently looking to recruit a Bureau Support Analyst to join our Carbon and Energy Solutions team, based in our office in Tewkesbury. 

Role Responsibility:

The main responsibility of this role is to provide support to the Carbon and Energy Solutions (CaES) team to include;

  • Undertaking invoice/data inputting to the CaES database
  • Undertaking Invoice validation services for contracted clients in accordance with process and procedure
  • Engaging with suppliers and stakeholder to resolve queries
  • Delivering utility related reports
  • Supporting account managers to deliver utility related reports and site services

Data Management

  • Collation and import to our Utility Data Management System (UDMS) of utility data to include electronic files, paper invoices and spreadsheets.
  • Investigate anomalies, liaise with suppliers to resolve.
  • Co-ordinate updates to the UDMS.
  • Understand and work to specific SLAs and KPIs determined by contracts.
  • Responsible for assisting in and delivering reports using our UDMS.

Energy consumption analysis:

  • Undertaking invoice validation services for contracted clients in accordance with compliance procedures.
  • Engaging with key utility suppliers and stakeholders to resolve queries relating to invoices.
  • Investigate and resolve anomalies within data management.
  • Liaise with other internal teams on potential next steps e.g.  Field based Energy Managers.

Invoice validation:

  • Invoice analysis and producing invoice validation summary reports via UDMS.
  • Deal with new sites opening and closing in relation to correct billing by suppliers.

Development

There will also be scope for timely development of both the role and the successful candidate should they express an interest in progressing from a Support Analyst to an Energy Manager

The ideal candidate will be a team player who integrates easily but can reliably work independently. Positive and motivated, accepts challenging tasks and looks to exceed expectations. Is an effective communicator in all mediums to all levels and delivers objectives effectively within set timescales, and transparently manages.

It is essential that the ideal candidate has advanced skills of Microsoft excel, acts professionally. 

Desirable by not essential are experiance of SAP, understanding of project accounting principles and an understanding of VBA.
