Role Responsibility: Area Operations Control Administrator
Location: :Leeds, LS10 3DQ with free onsite parking
Hours of work: Mon-Fri 09.00 - 17.00, 40 hrs per week Fixed Term until February 2018
Salary: £18180 per annum

G4S is actively recruiting a committed Area Operations Control Administrator to:

  • Provide a full administrative service so that the needs of the functional/departmental team are met.
  • Provide full support on the G4S systems for finance and scheduling.
  • Maintain effective work systems, ensuring that all correspondence and documentation is dealt with in a professional manner that meets audit requirements.
  • Continually review SIGnet to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Complete RTW interviews via telephone for employees following periods of absence.
  • Deal with all routine queries so that an appropriate response is provided.
  • Continually demonstrating best practice
  • Liaise with the Operational Team and HR to highlight performance issues
  • Act in accordance with security and operational instructions at all times to ensure the maintenance of security within the secure environment. (As required by secure establishments).
  • Provide full administration support with letter production and support for administration duties.
